Terms and conditions for exhibitors:

If you are interested in taking part in the event, please complete the BINDING EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM.

Terms and conditions for exhibitors: 1. The standard exhibition space is 1 m² (1 x 1 m) at a price of 1,300 CZK. This price is all-inclusive, i.e. it covers the exhibition space, 1 chair, electricity and parking, provided payment is made by 30 April. From 1 May, the price is 1,700 CZK. Anyone who fails to make payment by 21 May will be excluded from the event. If participation is cancelled from 14 May onwards, the exhibitor will be charged a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the amount paid; if participation is cancelled from 21 May onwards, the exhibitor will be charged a cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the amount paid. Payments on the day will not be accepted! 2. The minimum area that can be booked is 1 m², and this area includes one chair. The maximum number of areas that can be booked is 5 (5 m²). If you have any other requirements regarding the number of chairs or parking spaces, please state this in the comments section, where you should also provide your vehicle's registration number. Convenient parking is available in several car parks directly at the market. You will receive your parking pass on Saturday upon departure, when it will be exchanged for an entry ticket, which you will collect from the ticket machine upon entering.

3. Please do not forget to complete the 'nature of goods on offer' field in the application form; this will determine which section of the exhibition area we allocate to you. Should you provide false or misleading information, the organiser reserves the right to exclude the exhibitor from the event.

4. The event is primarily intended for the sale and display of collectable minerals and fossils, natural rough and cut gemstones, geological literature, and equipment and accessories for collectors. A supplementary range includes jewellery (we prefer designer jewellery) and foreign raw or processed minerals and products made from them. Minerals that have been treated in any way (re-coloured, irradiated, etc.) or artificially grown may only be offered for sale if their artificial origin or treatment is clearly stated and they constitute only a supplementary part of the exhibitor's range (up to 20 per cent of the goods on offer).

5. Set-up for exhibitors will take place on Saturday from 6.00 am to 9.00 am, by which time the tables must be ready. Goods may be brought in via both the main and side entrances, and the venue is wheelchair accessible. The side entrances will be locked at 8.45 am. If you wish to set up on Friday, this will be possible from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm, but in this case we ask you to note this in the comments section of your application form.

6. Dismantling will take place after the event has ended, from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Large exhibition stands must be cleared by 9.30 pm at the latest.

7. As we want your goods to be displayed safely, the tables consist of 1.8 cm thick OSB boards measuring 100 x 250 cm, mounted on metal legs. These tables have a high load-bearing capacity and can accommodate a large number of boxes underneath. We have moved away from using wooden trestles as they lack the necessary stability and strength. The exhibition area must be covered with fabric to prevent damage, and we also recommend using your own electrical extension leads for the lights.
